Is it easy to be young?

    Good day.

Everyone talks and writes a lot about the crisis, and I'm interested in the consequences of the crisis, and how it will affect the young employees of firms. Every day there are fewer and fewer orders, and as a result, fewer workers are required to complete the order. When I started to work, I won’t say that there was a lot of work, but it was always there and I could learn from concrete examples, communicate with the customer, be responsible for my work and try to deliver everything on time. And experience of such work is accumulating. Is it possible that young specialists will not be able to feel all this and will reinforce their knowledge by learning from some ready-made solutions and knowing about work only from the words of those who worked before. I live in Tolyatti, and we have had a reduction in staff at VAZ, which included a lot of young specialists. The VAZ authorities motivated their actions with the words: “How can I fire Artem Igorevich (the name is fictitious), because he developed the Niva 30 years ago and everyone still drives it! So now he will develop a model on which everyone will ride !!! ”, etc ... And so it is in many areas and now rely on trusted employees, and young people (sometimes of a higher professional level) are asked to wait and gain experience. Could it be that after the crisis there will be a shortage of qualified young specialists? and young people (sometimes of a higher professional level) are asked to wait and gain experience.
