United Keys OLED Display - Optimus Maximus for cheap

Bloggers Engadget got into the hands of a great keyboard with keys on a copy of the OLED-based, its name: United Keys OLED Display Keyboard (telling you the truth, the key displays only keypade).
As Engadget notes, there is absolutely nothing breathtaking in this gadget - you get exactly as much as you give money, and yet - the product is good and, to some extent, unique. In addition, the stigma “optimus maximus for those who are not ready to spend $ 1,500” adheres very well to it. By the way - such fun costs $ 200.
The keyboard when connecting (USB) installs all the necessary drivers on its own, but even if there are some difficulties (as happened with the guys from Engadget), then there is no problem downloading the software from the official site. The biggest obvious drawback of the device from United Keys is the lack of support for Mac and Linux, but in the second half of 2009 (when, if everything works out, this gadget reaches us), the company promises to correct this misunderstanding.
Resolution monochrome display keys: 64 by 64 pixels. The software supplied for assigning bitmaps to keys is easy to learn and use (albeit somewhat clumsy), and OLED keys are bright enough to not spoil the viewing experience from different angles. Although the overall impression is slightly below average, United Keys will probably have time to hone some of the points during the production. And - yes, the version with colored keys also planned, although obviously going to be worth used for lshih money.
