Problems with icq. What surprises to expect?
This morning, some customers refused to connect to the icq service. And absolutely does not depend on the client. I didn’t connect my native 6 asia, or quips, but not everywhere, but only some.

upd: As people say below, the problem is in downloading the contact sheet from the server. Now he himself was convinced of this. All contacts are offline, but messages can be sent.

77434: 0012: DB send error server: ibucp-vip-d.blue.aol.com (205.188.179.233)
77435: 0012: DB send error server: ibucp-vip-m.blue.aol.com (64.12. 200.89)
