XD1 External Drives from LG
LG has introduced its new line of external drives XD1. Stylish new products are designed to “push” the numerous Passport from WD on the market.
XD1 2.5-inch drives are equipped with a SATA II interface, connect to a PC via USB 2.0. In the lineup, several drive models have been announced, the capacity of which is 120, 160, 250 and 320 GB.
LG also plans to grab a slice of user preferences due to its original appearance and “expensive” colors of the case (“red wine”, black, pearl).
Unfortunately, at the moment, LG does not provide details about the cost of new drives, nor about the timing of their appearance in retail.
