Website Idea: New Comments

When a discussion of an article spans many pages, it would be convenient to have a way to quickly jump to new comments. For example, it can be a static panel with buttons for moving to the next and previous new comments. Or it can be a link immediately after the topic, which will turn on / off the display of only new comments.
