How to combine iTunes and flac?

Greetings. There is a question, but first the background :)

About 2 weeks ago I moved to iTunes. At first I thought I would just try, but then it dragged on. Great interface, cool little but very convenient features, etc.
But most of all I liked the fact that he himself organizes my music library in the format "Artist -> Album".

I will explain for those who are not in the know:
iTunes throws all my music into one folder, where it sorts them in the format "Artist -> Album", throws collections into a separate folder with collections. At the same time, he also renames the files according to the tags, which is also very convenient. In a word, everything is laid out on shelves.

But here's the trouble, I discovered that there are 2 flaws in iTunes:
It does not play flac files.
I googled, found a kind of plugin , but, as I understand it, it is for MacOSX. This is the main question I would like to find the answer to :)
    There is no auto-tag tool.
Winamp has a tool that retrieves track tags from the internet. I don’t know how to do it, but it works efficiently. It is called auto-tag.

Friends, what options for solving the above problems you know. If in the world there are other players with similar functions, then please give their name.

    Thank you for your time.
