
60 years since the invention of the Transistor!
It is no coincidence that I wrote the word "Transistor" with a capital letter.
If it were not for John Bardin , Walter Brattain and William Shockley ,
who invented the transistor on December 16, 1947,
you and I could still work with tube computers,
and it is not known how the world would have developed.
