Content theft

Yesterday I discovered that a clone appeared (www.elektr.ru), which completely steals content from our project (www.elec.ru) by proxying, some of the data is cached. Moreover, the substitution of links and brand name is made and the runner’s advertisement is inserted. ip of course was banned. Our project is registered as an information agency, and in this case there is a violation of the law "On Copyright"

Letters were sent to the hoster, the Runner and Yandex.

At the moment, only the runner replied, I quote:

“We are a company that is engaged in contextual advertising, and it is not our function to track content copyright holders and verify the accuracy of information published on our partners' sites.
Obviously, you need to contact the owners of this site directly or the company providing them with a hosting. ”

I answered them that I did not expect such an answer, here is their answer:

“You obviously should not write in support of the company that is engaged in Internet advertising, but the company that provides hosting for this site. Or provide us with a court decision that this site is stealing content, then we will block this affiliate program ”
