Web conferencing program Zoho Meeting created

The Zoho Suite web-based office suite has come with the Zoho Meeting web conferencing application . And let experts say that similar programs on the Internet are a dime a dozen (NetMeeting, Adobe Acrobat Connect or WebEx), but Zoho Suite has expanded its functionality and can now manage remote PCs.

Like other similar programs, Zoho Meeting allows you to schedule meetings, broadcast pictures from the desktop to all computers, remotely control keyboards and mice of computers, exchange instant messages, chat with voice (VoIP will appear soon), etc. Conference participants do not need to install any programs: they can work under any operating system where there is ActiveX, Java, or a bit slow during the Flash conference. However, the conference organizer must be on Windows in order to install the 732K ActiveX component. The entire conference process can be recorded and saved in an AVI video file, so that this file can be sent to all participants immediately after the conference or embedded in the slide of the Zoho Show presentation.

According to the developers, Zoho Meeting is fundamentally different from other Zoho office applications: it is their first real-time broadcast program. In this regard, the beta version was decided not to be made publicly available, but first opened to a limited circle of people. Everyone else will be able to see the "live" version of the program only in April. Now it remains only to be content with a demo clip .
