Is it right to close pages of my site with other people's content for indexing by search engines?
Something this topic does not give me rest. Suppose I have a website. A normal site on which I write a lot of interesting things. But in addition, on it I collect and publish articles from various sources. Of course, with attribution, with reference.
From the point of view of SEO, a large number of articles on the site is good, since a lot of everything is indexed. But! I am not interested in having these articles indexed. Not because I'm stingy and I feel sorry for something there, but because these are not my articles and I don’t want to promote the site at someone else’s expense.
So here. Is it right to close pages with other people's content for indexing by search engines, or if I retyped it, it doesn’t blaze - do they index it?
Yes, I was interested in such a moral and ethical question.
Who has any opinions on this?
