The web has information that Google is developing a device, code-named Switch. Perhaps this particular device is the very mythical Googlephone. The site says that work in terms of creating this device is being carried out jointly with Samsung .
It is reported that Switch will be integrated with Google services such as Gmail and Gtalk , as well as with the instant messaging service (SMS). A GPS receiver will also be built into the device, information from which will go directly to the Google Maps system. The device will be equipped with a touch screen, but there will be no internal memory. Allegedly, internal memory for this device is not necessary, since all services used by this device will be located on the company's servers, and access to them will be through a special web interface.
