This collective idea was born during a meal and discussions about its effect on the body. The essence of the matter is approximately as follows: to organize a delivery service for ready-made meals prepared according to an individual recipe (as much as possible), for this, a person first consults with a staff nutritionist, the person’s personal preferences, his favorite cuisine, lifestyle, state of health, etc. are clarified. After that, he daily receives his tasty, and most importantly healthy food. It is also possible to open a network of healthy food: cafes, canteens for enterprises and organizations.
Prerequisites: I don’t have time to cook something at home, I don’t have time to get out for an hour and a half somewhere to eat normally, food from the supermarket doesn’t put me in, it seems to me there is too much E, and in general I do not feel well.
