Having achieved the blocking of the address Flibusta.net, the Russian right holders intend to fight Flibusta has mirrors Flibusta.is and Flibusta.me, an alternative domain flibusta.lib (implemented through EmerCoin , resolved through OpenNIC DNS servers ). In addition, you can access the site via Tor ( http://flibustahezeous3.onion ) or I2P ( http: //flibusta.i2p and http: //zmw2cyw2vj7f6obx3msmdvdepdhnw2ctc4okza2zjxlukkdfckhq.b32.i2p ). Books from the library are available through a bot in Telegram. At present, attendance at Flibusta, by some estimates, is 5.2 million people per month.

Recall that "Flibusta" was blocked in Russia last June for malicious spreading of the book "451 degrees Fahrenheit" and three more novels of Ray Bradbury, more precisely, for distributing old Russian translations. Later, a classic work devoted to total censorship and burning of forbidden books, at the request of the copyright holder, was removed from the Moshkov library and other libraries.
Now AZAPI has filed a lawsuit demanding to block access to Flibusta.me and Flibusta.is on behalf of the publisher Eksmo on the grounds that Flibusta.me and Flibusta.is are full copies of the blocked Flibusta.net.
The rightholders discussed the problem of mirrors of blocked sites with representatives of Roskomnadzor. The corresponding bill was sent to the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media last week.
Since the draft law on mirrors has not yet been adopted, the AZAPI claim may be rejected. Anatoly Semenov, authorized by the President to protect the rights of entrepreneurs in the field of intellectual property, explained that the court cannot create new norms of the law, and the adopted law is not retroactive, and therefore even if the law on mirrors is adopted soon, it cannot be applicable to the process.
