Windows 10 version 1903 - minimum 32 GB of disk space
Microsoft has changed the storage requirements for installing an operating system.
Now, in Windows 10, starting with version 1903 (this update is expected in May 2019), the minimum required disk space for the operating system to function is at least 32 GB for 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
So, Microsoft’s 7GB Reserved Storage was just the tip of the new operational-demanding iceberg.

Throughout this specification, all requirements for Windows 10 for desktop editions also apply to Windows 10 Enterprise .
Last year (Windows 10 version 1809 and earlier) there was a sufficient minimum of 16 GB of disk space for 32-bit Windows 10 and 20 GB for 64-bit Windows 10.
Although the basic requirements already had more high requirements for disk space
Thus, in Windows 10 May 2019 Update is about to change the basic requirements for installing Windows 10 as well.
Microsoft has not yet commented on this change in the minimum drive size to 32 GB.
Although, many users complained that even 32 GB is not enough for the normal operation of the Windows 10 operating system version 1809, so we expect more new standards for system requirements after the release of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (1903).
So, with the release of the new version of W10, buy a new PC - this will be advice from Microsoft.
