After some time, it became clear that paragraph 2.3 means that the parcel is recognized by the commercial party. Now it's time to look for the answer to the second question. There was no clarity at all. There were a lot of questions on the forums, but not a single intelligible answer, there was even an article saying that a 3D printer cannot be cleared. The next day I was in the office with the printout package. The whole process took more than an hour.
