Music Box
Less than a year after my comment that it would be nice to make a music box with a ballerina in the publication “Light-musical gift of a beloved do it yourself” .
I apologize in advance for the quality of the photos and videos.
I took the electronic part and firmware from the topic “Light-musical gift of my beloved do it yourself”. The music was left by “Tenderness” from c. F. “Three poplars on Plyushchikha,” she bribed me with her tenderness, yes, and I admit, I did not find anything suitable.
The power button for the engine and the sound module is general and only for closing, because of which I had to modify the circuit a bit:
1. In order not to change the firmware, I put a resistor and a capacitor on the output of the melody starting circuit, simulating a button press and release.
2. The engine and sound module are powered from different sources with a common minus, which is interrupted by a button, so I added a couple of diodes to each load.
The mechanics were kindly helped by my workmates to design and cut on the laser.
The only difficulty was to center the engine so that the gears would not bite.
Here are all the glued parts, except the gear:
Bottom view, complete.
The ballerina herself is printed on a 3D printer.
