But seriously, each time the support team has a choice: ignore such an appeal or spend time and ask the applicant why he sent information in the feedback form that has no relation to our projects. You can spend a lot of time explaining that we have nothing to do with the events taking place with him and, as a result, remain guilty of the fact that our support service does not provide consultations.


Moral: when someone complains that he contacted the support service, but they did not help him there, one should not blindly accept his words on faith, but make sure that he addresses “at the address”, that is to the support service that is directly related to the events under discussion.

Such an interesting message came to us once from the feedback form on Giktayms, and from the feedback form on the Toaster we receive a huge number of calls related to the service Odnoklassniki: requests to return the money debited for a particular service or purchase in one of the games, requests remove annoying ads ( probably embedded by some kind of virus ) and other. Here are the most striking examples of such calls:
