My name is Daria Prokuda, I work as an art director at JetStyle and for the second year I am the program director of the Design section at DUMP .
This year, we decided to conduct an experimental evolution of the Web Design section — they pushed the web prefix out and expanded the boundaries. Why? The answer is simple - we live in a time when the future is breathing in our backs and promises many revolutions in the field of interfaces and interaction design in general. It is time to stop thinking about design as pictures and begin to learn and learn from neighboring areas.
Therefore, we held a horizontal shift, expanded the audience and invited specialists involved in the design of communications in related professional fields. This year we’ll talk not only about web design, but also about typography and font creation, graphics and animation, product management and usability testing, and even game technology.
In order to listen to tough guys and learn from their experience, ask questions to pros and expand your knowledge, catch inspiration and apply it after :)

Interface designers from SKB Kontur Ksenia Ilinykh and Ekaterina Mokhova will tell you how to conduct quantitative testing of the interface. Not only to give users an interactive prototype, but also to ask for feedback and watch their actions in the web browser. In addition, get additional benefits in the form of introducing users to the new interface. This testing is interesting because not a single developer participated in the implementation.
Ivan Vtorikh and Pavel Pogudin from the Bright Stories animation studio will tell how the animation technique helps to tell the story, how much it costs, how brands use animation tools and step by step explain how to create a project. JetStyle

In modern society, there are almost no those who beat technical devices when they are faulty. Is it likely that progress will deprive the desire to beat other people when they junk? What to talk to the deaf, blind and dumb? How to make sure that your son does not become a designer? Denis Bashev , freelancer, curator at the HSE School of Design (Moscow), will answer these questions in his report.
The head of the interface design and design department at Mail.Ru Group , the author of the beloved “Product Design Digest” Yuri Vetrov (Moscow) will give a step-by-step checklist of changes in the processes of the design team and the company as a whole, which will help to systematically produce a solid design.
