    Evgenia Arestova is the head of the Omsky data center (Tier III), which is being built, one of the largest beyond the Urals, around which it is planned to build a town with its own logistics park, agricultural complex and low-rise buildings for 14 thousand people. Also, the general director of the Open Business Space company, created to ensure the full construction cycle and project management of the Omsky data center.

    The biography of our heroine is more than representative: there are two higher educations (Omsk Pedagogical University and Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy), work in the field of consulting and public administration in the city administration. Since 2011, Evgenia has held a position in the Department of Urban Economic Policy, from where she returned to counseling again in 2014, this time in the construction field. He brings up five children.
