How to organize the accounting and control of field employees: Integration of Planado and Bitrix 24



    To increase the efficiency of mobile employees, field management software is used. However, it is not enough to control employees; information on the results of their work needs to be somehow preserved in order to see the dynamics of key indicators. And not all existing control tools provide such opportunities.

    Today we will talk about how the integration of the Planado service with the Bitrix 24 CRM system works .

    What is field management


    Often, such employees involved in the execution of on-site orders do not work optimally. It is difficult for the employer to track the quality of the services provided. In addition, in some areas, employees can directly negotiate with customers and work for themselves using the company's materials and tools (a classic example is the use of official cars for personal purposes).

    Significantly increase the efficiency of mobile employees allows the use of special tools - in the West they are called field management software. Such services allow you to set common standards for the quality of work — for example, by implementing checklists (checklists) of items that must be completed to solve a problem.     Integration of Planado and Bitrix 24


    To increase the efficiency of working with Planado, we integrated it with the popular CRM-system Bitrix 24. Now the process of creating a work order for field work has been greatly simplified. With the integration connected, Planado can create a job task when the transaction moves to a certain stage - this will use information about the client from CRM.

    For example, you can easily transfer a transaction from the “Negotiations” stage to “Transferred to Planado”:



    The link to the transaction in Bitrix 24 will be saved in the order — you can easily transfer from Planado to the CRM system. In Planado itself, the stage of the transaction is configured, upon transition to which an order is created, as well as the template that is used to create the order, depending on the type of transaction.



    Integration with Bitrix 24 CRM in Planado is activated in the Settings -> Integrations -> CRM section (available for the Pro tariff). In the CRM system, you can add integration by installing the Planado application from the Bitrix store - this requires Bitrix administrator rights.



    During the execution, along with Planado, he adds relevant comments to the transaction in Bitrix 24, which makes it easier for the manager to track progress in solving the problem.



    After completing the work, the transaction in CRM moves to a new stage - for example, “Completed in Planado”.
