The digest of interesting materials for the mobile # 75 developer (on October 13-19)
A very interesting week stood out in the mobile market - Apple introduced new tablets, announced the release of WatchKit, iOS 8.1 and Pay, Google released a new Android 5.0 Lollipop and new Nexus, and several interesting reports were released. A few dozen news - in the next digest.

The day of the breakdown came: Android L is now officially called as Android 5.0 or Android Lollipop ("icicle").
Today Apple talked about what millions of people around the world will find under the Christmas trees this year. The list of gifts included: iMac with retina, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 (however, older generations also have a chance to get under the tree, because their prices have fallen) and Mac mini. And also showed OS X Yosemite, WiFi Direct AirPlay and iOS 8.1.
