How Sberbank disseminates your personal data
I gave a friend my card number so that he could transfer money to me.
A friend made a transfer and received a receipt.
My passport details appeared on his receipt (see scan of receipt under the cut).
I reported the problem on the page www.facebook.com/sberbank , received a recommendation to write to zabota@sberbank.ru
on September 17, I sent a description of the story and the question to this address:
Almost 2 weeks passed, I never received any answer, so I begin to post open messages.
I believe that it is important that the maximum number of Sberbank customers find out how the bank relates to their personal data.
UPDATE - NB: And in Alfa-Bank Alfa-Bank it turns out you can find out the name and account number of the client, knowing only the email or phone number (open the printed form after the transfer). Take a walk, Russia!
UPDATE - Sberbank: A bank employee said that this is both an operator error and a software error:

beskov, as promised, returning with the results. Already now we can say that your review turned out to be very useful for Sberbank. As a result of a thorough analysis of this case, we were able to identify not only the error of the operator, but also a software defect, the elimination of which will prevent the possibility of such cases. So let me thank you again for the signal.
