Frontender Magazine: let's talk about frontend

Here is a Russian-language magazine dedicated to the front-end and publishing new materials twice a week. Interesting?

    Frontender magazine

The project consists of two parts:

    1. Magazine
    2. Pile

    Magazine http://frontender.info/

Frontender Magazine is such a special magazine for front-end publishers, which will regularly publish translations of interesting English-language articles or exclusive articles by Russian-speaking authors on Tuesdays and Fridays.

    Why is it needed?

    1. In Russian, there are simply no magazines dedicated to the frontend that regularly publish something
    2. Despite the fact that knowledge of the English language is necessary in the field, not everyone knows it at the proper level
    3. Many are more comfortable reading articles in their native language

Why is it better than existing?

    1. Regular updates 2 times a week
    2. A design that does not interfere with reading and thanks to adaptability allows you to comfortably read the magazine on mobile devices
    3. The complete lack of advertising or any other monetization at the expense of the user
    4. Many people are involved in translations, including an editor and proofreader, which allows us to achieve a good level of translations
    5. Everything is open source on github and I hope that through crowdsourcing we can improve the quality of articles, and possibly increase their number

    A bunch of http://frontender.info/heap/

The heap contains articles. It is needed so that the user can find an interesting article in English for himself to read, or add an English-language article that he considers interesting to be translated. Users can also vote for articles and translate will be those that scored the most votes. In order to vote for articles you will have to log in through your github account. Later, there will be a link of translations to articles on the heap and this will allow you to search for articles in Russian. So a bunch is needed in order to find what you can read and control new journal publications, keeping them relevant for yourself.

    Plans

    1. Add Articles to Tags
    2. Sort by tags and likes
    3. To enable translations to be attached to articles so that heaps can be used to find translations in many journals
    4. Make it so that by the block of the article on the heap you can understand at what stage the translation of the article
    5. Work out the crowdsourcing process and involve people in it
    6. Attract authors to write exclusive articles
    7. Share not only data, but also code
    8. Choose the best typography and design for your project.
    9. Add pages “about the project”, “about the editorial office”, “I want to be an author” and so on
    10. Make this world a better place

I will be glad to any of your wishes, comments and ideas.

    UPD

I created a repository in which a little later there will be an engine. There you can create issues with the errors that you found and feature requests.
