Recently, a small news message appeared on the site:
We are making changes to the list of countries where the radio is available. Find out if change will affect you. Leading to the announcement of the termination of the provision of radio services outside the United States, Britain, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. The message leads to the page www.lastfm.ru/announcements/radio2013 where this change is justified by license restrictions.

The following restrictions apply to all other countries:

Until today, radio has been a service available only to subscribers. However, starting January 15, 2013, we are forced to stop providing streaming radio in these countries even to subscribers due to licensing restrictions. Scrobbling will remain free, and your listening data, charts, and recommendations will not be affected by the change.

Subscribers will be able to get a number of advantages: viewing the site without ads, access to demonstrations in the Last.fm Playground section and other features that will be added in the future.

However, you have the right to unsubscribe. In this case, please read the relevant FAQ section. You will find cancellation information there. If you pre-paid a subscription for more than 30 days, you can request a refund.

We will continue to monitor market conditions in other countries and hope to expand our audience in the future, when appropriate.

There is also an offer to listen to free music from Last.fm Discover and Last.fm for Spotify.
