Another music system from the old "iron"

Among the direct-handed craftsmen who like fussing with old iron, a fairly popular hobby is the creation of systems that can play music. Moreover, not a single more or less “musical” part is used. All sorts of hard drives, parts of computer equipment, scanners, printers and more - everything goes in motion. This time, YouTube user bd594 created another such system, and quite advanced.

His “orchestra” consists of parts from the HP Scanjet 3C, Amiga Bass 600 and two hard drives. Of course, there is intermediate equipment, but the main parts are just that. The music played by such a system is quite harmonious. Typically, such systems are much less musical, they creak, hoarse and knock. And here is full music.

In general, it's time to listen and see. The musical piece reproduced by the technological orchestra is “Somebody That I Used to Know.” I would like to hope that tomorrow there will be no news that comrade bd594 was sued by any copyright holder for using proprietary music for their own purposes.
