Search is becoming safer all over the world.

A few months ago, we made the search on google.com much safer. Now, when you log into your Google account, by default we use SSL encryption for requests, which can significantly increase the security and privacy of your search. This change gives us the ability to encrypt not only your search queries , but the entire search history. This is especially important if you use an open, insecure channel to access the network.
Now we are ready to expand our geography. Over the next few weeks, SSL encryption will be enabled by default for searches not only on google.com, but also on local domains around the world. We hope that our efforts to spread SSL encryption for our services will find response from other companies.
