Gorilla Glass 2 will be unveiled on Monday

No, not in the sense that it was cracking or cracking, just even a cover could not be a guarantee that at one fine moment a scratch would not form on the surface of the display. But the tempered glass of Gorilla Glass changed everything, and for half a year (even more) there is not a single scratch on the surface of the display of my communicator. And the manufacturer Gorilla Glass already promises to show a new product - Gorilla Glass 2. This should happen on Monday, at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Every year this exhibition is held, or rather a show, and every year tens of thousands of visitors are eager to see all the new things that the manufacturers demonstrate. On Monday, Corning, namely it is the manufacturer of Gorilla Glass, is about to introduce a new generation of tempered glass. The exact information about the new product is not yet available, unfortunately, but the manufacturer promises that the new product will be much better than the old. In any case, the new glass, ceteris paribus with the first product, will be thinner and lighter.

At the same time, Gorilla Glass 2 can be used not only in mobile devices, but also in ordinary TVs, for example. So, the 82-inch touchscreen protected by Gorilla Glass 2 will be shown at the exhibition. In addition, a video wall covered with new tempered glass will be presented. In general, it remains to wait for Monday, and there it will already be clear what kind of product is presented by Corning.
