FUPM MIPT Programming Olympiad for Schoolchildren
Some habrayuzer already participated in programming competitions.
For example, in May the ABBYY Cup was held . Now on the same server is the Olympiad of the Faculty of Management and Applied Mathematics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, for students. Students can participate, but only out of competition, especially since the session is now. There will be other contests for students.
Winners will receive prizes and souvenirs from the faculty and sponsors. The tournament is available until January 15th .
At the moment there are 20 tasks in the contest, new ones will be gradually added. The Olympiad is held according to the Kirov system (that is, even a solution that passes only part of the tests brings points to Ejudge. Languages: C, C ++, basic (yabasic compiler), perl, pascal, Java, C #, ruby, python, fortran. The source code of the program (not executable or project file) is sent for verification. The check is automatic, so you don’t need to do any windows and prompts for input, but strict compliance with the data format specified in the task is required. Input from the standard input stream (from the keyboard), output to the standard output stream (to the screen).
Tasks of different levels, from the simplest (from tests for beginners and trial olympiads) to very difficult ones (at the semi-finals of the ACM ICPC programming world championship), to make everyone interested. Contest compilers are coaches and part of the mipt_waterogers team, ACM ICPC finalist 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. We are all graduate students and graduates of the Faculty of Management and Applied Mathematics, MIPT.
We wish you success and hope you enjoy the tasks! Participate (if you are a schoolboy) and invite friends of grades 7-11. Details and registration and instructions on the verification system with pictures on the website judge.mipt.ru
