The threat on behalf of the FBI can be placed on any site

Everyone who watches licensed DVDs could see such a sign before the start of the film. This is the "seal" of the FBI, which strictly warns of the dangers of pirated copying.

Lawyers have long been puzzled why only the MPAA, RIAA, BSA and three other organizations that protect copyright and related rights have the opportunity to use the FBI state emblem (and stamp it everywhere), while other citizens face up to six months in jail for use of such emblem without permission.

Now a strange situation is resolved. US Department of Justice and FBI Propose Changes to Ruleswhich are soon to be approved by the attorney general. Everyone, even private individuals, will have the right to use this emblem for the purpose of “informing viewers of copyrighted content about the potential consequences of a criminal offense in the field of intellectual property”. In other words, you can hang this logo on your site with copyright content. Any visitor will then immediately see who he will have to deal with in case of copyright infringement.
