    Honestly, we were terribly fooling around with our site. First, we implemented a flash version, which included a full map and markers by the supplier. But after beta testing, they found out that looking for a particular service on the map is disastrously inconvenient.

    Upset, of course. But they did not grieve for long: they began to design usability again. The result is an interface with a search form with filling out the city by IP address, where ads from suppliers are displayed in a list and with a map at the end of the list. In addition, the user himself could call the suppliers — one or all found at once.

    All the work took us a little over a year and a half. By this time, the first commercial version was ready, which successfully existed until recently.

    New website


    Experience has shown that the old site not only looks bulky, but also has very meager capabilities for both users and suppliers. So it was decided to radically redo everything, including the design. We started work in January 2011, and finished everything by mid-May. Almost half a year, it turns out.

    The main change occurred primarily in design. Carefully focusing on the elaboration of the call mechanism, we, unfortunately, were unable to devote as much attention to the issue of registration as it undoubtedly deserves.

    Therefore, together with a professional designer, we worked out the interface and made the supplier’s announcement more informative: we added the sections “Details”, “Prices” and “Photos”. For each advertisement, you can see the average rating of the supplier’s services, how many people thanked the supplier, and read the reviews of those people who ordered the services of this supplier.



    We made the search results for service providers in the form of a list combined with a map. Now you can immediately familiarize yourself with the description of the services and visually see where the provider is located. It has become more convenient or not, you judge Khabravchians.



    Also, in the new version of the site, we opened user registration and developed a full-fledged “Personal Account”. In his profile, the user can see the history of his orders (when and what services he ordered and from which suppliers).

    As for the suppliers, the picture here is no less rosy. The supplier is provided with a new “Profile” with a more convenient interface for customizing his ad. There were such features as preview ads, the ability to add a detailed description of services, posting a detailed list of prices, as well as posting photos.

    In the near future - detailed statistics on the received calls and the implementation of the ability to listen to audio recordings of the work of the supplier’s employees who receive customer calls. Of course, to improve the quality of service.



    Well, in conclusion, we add that it has become easier and more convenient for the provider to pay: in particular, the account has a list of numbers, within the account you can link different numbers to different ads.
