Creative Commons Global Meeting 2011
- Transfer

The event will bring together branches from more than 70 jurisdictions, CC employees, as well as a number of members of the CC Board of Directors. The meeting will mark the beginning of the collection of requirements for version 4.0 of the CC license set and will be the venue for seminars and forums to build the CC community and take action in key sectors such as education, government information and data. Planning is already underway to maximize the ability of affiliates to meet with the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders during the event. As September approaches, more information will be published on our blog , such as scholarships and funding for affiliates, and how the community can contribute to events and meetings.
We look forward to our community contributing over the next few months to make this meeting as successful and productive as possible. Sincere thanks to the teams from both CC Australia and CC Poland for providing compelling suggestions for hosting the event in response to our request !
