VTB 24 introduced an ATM technology similar to Adsense

    VTB 24 Bank begins using NCR APTRA Relate software for conducting individual marketing campaigns through its ATMs.

    With the help of the mentioned solution, the Bank intends to expand the functionality of ATMs and create new marketing campaigns based on customer data received from the CRM system. The Bank will be able to “enter into a personalized dialogue with each of more than 300 thousand customers and expand sales of its financial products.”

    Now, when the client logs in to the ATM with the installed NCR APTRA Relate software, the bank can create a personalized marketing offer and during the dialogue find out the degree of customer interest. If there is interest, the client may agree to participate in a marketing campaign, after which a bank employee will contact him.
