The Ministry of Education of Ukraine has come up with another scheme of earnings at universities

The Ministry of Education of Ukraine sent letters to Ukrainian universities with a request to pay for the services of the osvita.com website to create a "Single educational information window." The contribution of each university should be 7.5 thousand UAH (about 950 USD) per quarter or 30 thousand UAH per year.

The Ministry substantiates this requirement by the decision of the Board of the Ministry of 08.20.2010 and the order of the Ministry of 06.10.2010.

Website osvita.comIt belongs to the private structure "Empire-Info", owned by 24-year-old Kiev resident Alexander Gudkov. His father, Nikolai Gudkov, works as the head of the Department of Personnel and Executive Personnel in the Ministry of Education. Prior to joining the Ministry, Nikolai Gudkov headed the press service of the Kyiv City Council deputy Denis Kostrzhevsky (general director of Zhulyan). Since then, he has worked with Sergei Baranov-Mohort, who came to the Kyiv City Council from the Party of Regions.

According to the Ministry of Education and Science, now in Ukraine there are 854 higher education institutions of the 1st – 4th level of accreditation. Accordingly, “Empire-info”, with the help of the Ministry of Education, has a chance to earn UAH 25.6 million this year, and the same amount over the next few years.
