Rumors about Adobe's release of a version of Creative Suite (or at least part of it) for Linux are beginning to resemble a tic-tac-toe game: in one second it seems that the company is moving towards, then everything is crossed out with a big bold cross and the game goes in a completely different direction.

Adobe's Carey Burgess at the beginning of this year said that Creative Suite for Linux would be “definitely in the field of view of our developers”, now Linux users received updated information on the GetSatisfaction Adobe page .

Only this time, it doesn’t sound as optimistic as before, Burgess says:

“Adobe does not currently plan versions of Creative Suite for Linux.”

Of course, Adobe never announced that the Creative Suite would be on Linux, they only said that developers were aware of the needs of users in the version for Linux. But the fact remains: you cast your vote in the hope of being heard by Adobe.
