Beta Keys in InvoiceMall

Hello! In our first article, we introduced those. preview of the project and talked a little about the service itself. We promised to provide beta keys in a week, but, unfortunately, could not do this due to legal problems and the NDA. While our lawyers were solving urgent issues, we did not waste time doing our own: redrawing the interface, completed the transition to Hetzner and Yandex (MDNS). So now we really need your help in the tests.


For those who want to try first - invite key can be taken here , and register here . Registration is free, to complete it you need to fill in seven fields. Yes, we understand, this is a lot, but in the near future we plan to reduce the number of fields to two: e-mail and invite. While you register, we will continue.


The time has come not only to demonstrate, but also to distribute invite-keys for registration to everyone. We hope you enjoy our product. Although we have not yet achieved the perfect result, but with your help we will come to this. Undoubtedly, the 37Signals methodology is not the only true one. We believe that an open dialogue with clients works much more efficiently and is always ready to hear your opinion in order to improve the project and provide you with the maximum convenience in working with it.

So, we are pleased to introduce InvoiceMall- SaaS billing, project and client management service (Else at Roadmap). Yes, to some extent we have outgrown online invoicing, and now we offer convenient CRM for freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses. At this stage of development, not all the functionality is available, but, nevertheless, we did not hide the menu items. We made a difficult choice and decided to develop a system with you. We understand that some will be unhappy with bugs, blunders in the layout and lack of the necessary functionality, but you can not make several million friends without having captured a single enemy.

What is InvoiceMall and for whom is it?

InvoiceMall is a service based on the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model, which allows you to manage clients, projects, documents, invoices and other business processes online. If even shorter - this is your workplace.

IM - for those who are tired of keeping information about their projects in their heads, looking for it among thousands of letters and hundreds of ICQ history files, storing data about their customers and contractors on paper or in scattered electronic documents, invoicing in excel, losing their precious time filling in constantly repeating information.
