    I overlooked the PDF version of the translation of the manual outlined in the first and second parts.
    Volume 48 pages.
    Laid out on Amazon, so that it is always available.
    The document contains a table of contents, bookmarks, all references of the original.
    Criticism, wishes, amendments are welcome.
