Lamer question

We now have Dedicated hosting on Agave. On the night from 13 to 14, the server ceased to be located. The first thing, of course, I thought that maybe the payment of the domain name might have ended, I checked that there is another six months. I didn’t remember ip at that moment (I remember it now :), but somehow I found it (for a summer cottage, beer, basma in the rain ... a terrible gprs connection) - there is no answer via ip, I thought that the server payment might be over. I found it difficult to enter the client part - everything is not normal, I wrote a question to the round-the-clock support service, and the answer did not immediately arrive. I called and found out that it turns out to be hot in Moscow (in Novosibirsk it was +5 on the street at that time) and the servers in the data center are overheated and you need to leave a request for a reboot (the question how often this answers was last summer). I did not wait for a response from the server - I fell asleep. In the morning I read the letter: “The data center had problems with temperature. The server shut down due to overheating. Now enabled, available over the network. ” And while not a single word about "we apologize ...".
In this regard, a question arises that I think not only will be interesting to me:
“Dear community, tell me how the server structure should be built so that the site is in constant access?”
