Quake live & jabber

Everyone knows that Quake Live uses XMPP for built-in chat and authorization. Maybe for the transfer of game data, too.

But how to log in to their server as an ordinary client?
I added an account lol2fast4u@quakelive.com to Gajim, the server set xmpp.quakelive.com - it does not accept login and password.
I tried to drive lol2fast4u@xmpp.quakelive.com - the same thing.
