Questions for an interview with Internet Explorer architect Alexei Mogilevsky
In light of the upcoming conference for web developers, ReMIX'09 (which will be officially announced later), we have planned a series of interviews with Russian-speaking Microsoft developers working on web technologies. The first interview from this series will be with Alex Mogilevsky, the architect of Internet Explorer, already well-known to Habralyudi .
Alex Mogilevsky is one of the main architects of the popular Internet Explorer web browser. For those who understand, this person is a legend. Alexey (that was his name in Russia) moved from the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok to the USA in 1993, where for 16 years at Microsoft he participated in the creation of well-known technologies, such as the new user interface in Microsoft Office (“ribbon”), a wavy line under errors in the text and past versions of IE. Alex is currently working on standards support in Internet Explorer 8 and developing standards for browser development in the future.
You have the opportunity to ask Alex questions in the comments on this post. We will collect questions and ask them during the recording of the interview in a few days.
