Google Chrome is more popular than Internet Explorer

Habrahabr.ru website statistics for seven days from September 2 to September 8, 2008 shows that Google Chrome has reached a confident third place in the list of the most popular browsers among our users (by the number of sessions). The first place is occupied by Firefox (38.74%), the second - Opera (20.94%). Internet Explorer browser moved up to fourth place (9.08%), losing to Chrome (11.94%) by almost three percentage points.

By the way, roughly the same thing happens on TechCrunch . There, too, the share of Chrome is much higher than the average on the Internet, although it is far from the indicators of Habrahabr. In general, probably, according to the share of the Chrome browser, you can pretty accurately measure the degree of geekiness of the site.
