Overview of Todo Services

The other day I was looking for a service for ideas and projects (there are a lot of ideas and constantly flies out of my head) and for communication with customers (yes, I still use the services of the 20th century ICQ, Email :)).
    The following priorities were set:
    • Ease of navigation (multiplier 1.0)
    • Convenience of managing tudu lists (multiplier 1.0)
    • Collaboration (Multiplier 1.0)
    • Interface Design (0.8 Multiplier)
    • Quality help system (0.8 multiplier)
    • Russian interface by and large for the convenience of the customer (0.8 multiplier)
    • Adding a Email Task (Multiplier 0.5)
    • Integration with GMail / Google Calendar (0.5 multiplier)
    • Availability of API (0.5 multiplier)
    • Email Alert (Multiplier 0.5)
    • Notification via IM (ICQ, Jabber, Skype, MSN, Google Talk) (multiplier 0.5)
    • Interface for cell and PDAs (multiplier 0.3)
    • To make this impress me - emotions from the project (0.1 factor)

Ease of navigation : - Standard navigation with the help of tabs is quite convenient 9 * 1.0 = 9

Ease of management of the to-do lists : - They are managed in Web 1.0 mode, although there is support for ajax, but I did not feel any visible effect. Also not happy about the lack of a multi-level structure of Tudu and projects. 5 * 1.0 = 5

    Collaboration : - There is one. 10 * 1.0 = 10
    Interface design : - I didn’t like it right away, it is executed in yellow-orange, eye-straining color, although it is quite contrasting 5 * 0.8 = 4
    High-quality help system : - 10 * 0.8 is sufficient for such a project = 8
    Russian interface : - Missing 0 * 0.8 = 0
    Adding a task by Email : - There is 10 * 0.5 = 5
    Integration with GMail / Google Calendar : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0

    Result : 46.3 out of 83 (56%)

    Todoist

Ease of navigation : - Everything is archi-convenient, without annoying tabs, it is added and edited with one click, a whole bunch of hot keys. 10 * 1,0 = 10

Convenience of managing tudu lists : - Lists can be managed via drag-and-drop, there is an in-place editor of tudu and projects, projects are grouped in the same way as tudu lists,
the syntax is very pleasing, but without reading the help or you won’t understand viewing screencasts. 10 * 1,0 = 10

    Conclusion

The real discovery for me was Todoist (on the interface). If not for the lack of timvork in it, he would be an ideal tool.
My choice fell on Remember The Milk and until collab appears in Todoist I will use it.

    Ta-da Lists by 37Signals.

    www.tadalist.com
I must say right away that this project alone is rather weak without the support of other products from 37Signals.

    Ease of navigation : - All-on-one-sheet navigation , justified 10 * 1.0 = 10
Ease of management of the to-do lists : - There are elements of Web2.0, editing the contents of the list in standard mode. No comments for tasks. No layering. There are only tasks and projects. No inlay editing. 9 * 1.0 = 9
    Collaboration : - There is one. 10 * 1,0 = 10
Interface design : - Just without any bells and whistles beautifully contrasted in the style of developers 10 * 0.8 = 8
    High-quality help system : - There is no help , and it is not needed for such a project (I don’t even know what to put ) 5 * 0.8 = 4
    Russian interface : - None 0 * 0.8 = 0
    Adding a task via Email : - None 0 * 0.5 = 0
    Integration with GMail / Google Calendar : - None 0 * 0.5 = 0
    Availability of API : - None 10 * 0 , 5 = 5
    Notification by Email : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0
Notification by IM (ICQ, Jabber, Skype, MSN, Google Talk) : - No * 0.5 = 0
    Special interface for cellular and PDAs : - No * 0.3 = 0
    To impress me : - 4 * 0.1 = 0.4
Result : 46.4 out of 83 (56%) the percentage is debatable
