Personal holivar
Hello dear habralum, habrasociety and sympathizers, you have one hope.
This impulse is connected with my despair, because for 2 months I have been choosing CMS for the studio. And oh horror! I can’t find anything worthy.
The essence is as follows. I am an average project manager, an average Russian regional web studio. For the time being, they sat on their CMS and poorly managed poorly. And one day I realized that it is absolutely not suitable for a number of reasons, I will not go into them, but the point is that the system is assembled on my knees and letting it go for something serious is like death.
And then the time has come. The time to choose a decent CMS, commercial or non-profit, is not important.
Here are brief requirements:
In general, the task is for the average developer to collect typical sites with a solid knowledge of HTML + CSS and website building principles (about designers, planners, etc. I don’t say they are in the process).
Here's what I went through, and not a single one worked:
I do not want to offend the developers, but the feeling that all CMSs were created by programmers for programmers (or who it is not clear to anyone for whom), and not programmers for people. Tell me, who uses what or can someone give an argument to one of the above CMS, why is it worth using? I would be extremely grateful.
And I wondered, what kind of CMS are used by state and European studios. Not that everyone is sitting on their designs? Google, did not find anything. Even a decent commercial bourgeois CMS.

Here are brief requirements:
- The system is needed for riveting simple sites. Static pages, news, feedback, well, maximum directory. We are not going to create mega startups, portals, online stores and other crap on it. Sites with typical functionality. What are the majority in RuNet;
- Quick stretch pattern. Accordingly, the template engine is mandatory, and preferably human-compatible;
- Ability to customize modules;
