Those who want to go to ...
Before leaving for free lance (my first post =).
For a long time I wondered why people leave to work in free lance.
Well, that is, if a person has a good job, less responsibility, a stable (which is important) salary, then what is the point for him to go to incomprehensible “free breads”.
I thought the reason was money, but they told me no.
Most often, the reason is the idiotic, from the point of view of the employee, system for constructing a work schedule. This is the logic - each person has his own rhythm of life, his habits, and large companies crush him for themselves, because it is difficult to look after everyone and find out what he wants. Very often there is a lot of bureaucracy, the illness of many companies is the incorrect statement of the problem and the transfer of responsibility for mistakes to each other.
Very often, when you were told to do something, I don’t know what, and then they yelled for doing it, you don’t want to hammer everything on it and become a freelancer.
But in developing your business, in the end, you either burn out, or start to “burn out” in your work. Maybe it happens that you yourself will join some kind of talented developer. Maybe someone else will join you.
In the end, everything will come to the conclusion that if you or your partner are not good enough as managers, you will need a certain quality system, a system of leadership and work with employees. Everything will return to square one, in a certain sense, although of course it may lead. But the chance for it is about the same as becoming a rock star and collecting stadiums from musicians - quite small =)
I want to offer everyone who is considering switching to free bread - try changing your employer first. Carefully filter the offers: see what is required of you, what is provided to you. Be sure to decide your requirements - are you ready to work more energetically for a big salary, or is it better for you to feel better and cheaper?
It’s not a fact that it will work the first time, but you can even find a company in which you will like working =)
