Enough nostalgic for the old Habr or reincarnation in our hands!

Recently, among comments to almost every Habratopik, nostalgic posts have been skipping about the fact that Habr is not the same one that 2 years ago it was like that, etc.
All this reminds me of post-Soviet gatherings in the kitchen with alternating exclamations:
    - But I’m under the Soviet government, Oooooh ...
    - For that, under the Soviet regime, oooooh ...
And all these many millions of exclamations all over the country were united by one common quality: nobody raised a finger, to bring back the very days when everything was Ooooo how cool. All this was - one chatter and moaning.
And now the picture is absolutely the same on Habré. Everyone screams that everything is not as we would like, but it is we who create what we have. The leadership of the Habr generally (almost) does not interfere in the life of the community, so we do not have to nod towards the authorities.

    What I propose:
Let's start small - let's work out certain rules, on the basis of which we will try to "live" on the hub for at least one week.
Rules are worked out collectively. We have a community here, if anyone forgot))
In the comments, please write your own versions of the rules that I would like to see in the list.
Offers with the largest number of pluses will be added to this topic.

UPD:to confirm that there are a lot of trolls on the hub - look at my karma. Her children lowered to almost 0. It doesn’t matter - we continue to work out the rules.
    UPD2:
From what I read below, I found a very good thought, but so far difficult to implement due to the extreme inertia of the Habr developers:
So far, I do not want to see gadgets on the main one. Let at least the authors of these news put a tick “only for blog subscribers”. The meaning of this proposal is that a person could simply unsubscribe from a blog and then the problems immediately become radically less. You don’t like cousins - just unsubscribe from this blog and you will never see them again, etc. It is implemented programmatically based on Habr for a couple of days at most.
