HTC has filed a patent application for a new kind of slider. The application, called the Handheld electronic device (handheld electronic device), describes a side slider, the upper part of which is smaller than the lower part.

This solution allows the user to always have access to the numeric keypad, which is located on the bare bottom of the slider. Well, if you need a QWERTY-kraviatura, the upper part of the slider can be moved, and it moves diagonally upward.
