New Google Docs interface?

An interesting thing, I went to Google Dock to upload a couple of documents, uploaded it, then I searched for a third one, went to upload it, and the interface changed from the usual to like this: In “New Features!” It seems nothing has been said about this ... This is something I have long been missed or was I lucky enough to be one of the first to see this beauty?)) PS: Citizens, I'll tell you, it's just some kind of WebOS! I am delighted!))
