Now in Belarus you can create crypto exchanges, trade tokens, enter into smart contracts. Mining and trade in tokens does not apply to entrepreneurial activity, it is not required to declare cryptocurrency. Residents of the High-Tech Park and individuals involved in mining and token transactions are exempted from VAT and income and income taxes until 2023. Transactions are not related to banking activities, licenses for exchange activities are not required.
