Joint online hackathon from OpenGift and Credits Blockchain Platform



    Until December 8, registration for the first online hackathon from Credits and OpenGift is open . The goal of the hackathon is to create solutions and applications based on the Credits blockchain platform. The prize fund of the hackathon is $ 10,000.

    Hackathon schedule


    • The first stage will last until December 9th and you still have time to register for the hackathon and take part in it. During this stage, you must send a description of the future solution. All participants whose concept will be approved will pass to the next stage - the development of MVP.
    • Deadline for the second stage - 00:00 UTC, December 30th. Participants need to publish the source code of the decision and send a link to it, as well as a link to the website or application. Within this stage 10 finalists will be selected, who will pass to the next stage.
    • The deadline for the final stage is 00:00 UTC, January 6, 2019. As part of this, you need to send a 5-minute presentation of the solution in English.

    Distribution of the prize fund


    • 1st place - $ 5000
    • 2nd place - $ 3000
    • 3rd place - $ 2000

    Having Java development experience is a prerequisite for participants (if you are a team member, then it is desirable that at least one of the participants had one), since smart contracts for the platform are written in this language. Ecosystem solutions or applications can be written using any popular language (ActionScript, C, C ++, C #, Cappuccino, Cocoa, Delphi, Erlang, Go, Haskell, Java, Node.js, Objective-C, OCaml, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby).
