Question on EULA from QIP Infium
I suppose 95% of QIP Infium users use it, including as an ICQ client, in connection with which, with the submission of the LJ user migdal_or , I had a question - do they violate QIP Infium EULA , and in particular
And do I understand correctly that in case of violation of the EULA, the user does not have the right to use the software and, thus, 95% of the qiPOs may be prosecuted for using unlicensed software?
PS By the way, in the comments there was an absolutely wonderful and quite informative discussion about the device of DVDs, DVD-menus, etc.
Here are just a reasonable answer on the topic until now :-)
You agree not to use QIP to access AOL services, servers and network.
