Firefox and Opera downloads after Microsoft reports vulnerability in IE

After Microsoft confirmed the vulnerability in Internet Explorer during the December attacks on Google, the governments of Germany, France and Australia decided to warn their citizens against using a browser from Microsoft. This caution led to the fact that the number of downloads of alternative web browsers Firefox and Opera made a sharp jump. For example, the number of Opera downloads from Germany more than doubled, and from Australia - by 37%.
